Meet Goddess RHÉA
Titaness Rhea, the mother of Zeus, has nothing on our little 18 pounders Rhéa. Hard to believe this little Blenheim girl is our top dog at La Bastide and, she rules her dog mates with an iron paw! Even our Border Collie, nanny Cybèle, only exists to serve Goddess Rhéa.
But that little alpha-girl can also be the sweetest and most attentive mother that you'll ever get to meet; true to her name, she becomes Rhea "the mother of gods". We are all very excited as Rhéa just delivered a beautiful litter of Blenheims and Tricolor at the end of February... (some are still available).
Rhéa has an AKC pedigree and has been OFA heart and patella cleared.
A MATCH MADE IN OLYMPIAN HEAVEN: ÉMILE & RHÉA
Rhéa is a fabulous mother, very caring and attentionate (here you can see her interacting with a previous litter).
Some of her puppies take on Rhéa's wise and charismatic personality, she is clearly the leader of the pack; and even our Border Collie does what Rhéa says and wants... Rhéa will come and get me if someone is out of line; once we had a cavalier who escaped and she made it her business to get my attention until I figured it out and found the culprit in my driveway. She probably saved her friend's life that day.
Rhéa can be gentle and soft...
But she is also beautiful and majestic.
